About Us

Shin Mura Wagyu Robata Sdn. Bhd. began with the founders’ joy of discovering eateries together, the countless meals they shared sparked deep conversations and strengthened their friendship.

Over time they envisioned creating a space where others could find the same magic they did—a space where connections are made while enjoying delicious food. Inspired by the vibrant atmosphere of a popular Chinese hot pot chain, which they visited as a bi-weekly affair, they saw how people loved cooking their own food.

Homemade Yakiniku Sauce

Crafted with a lot of attention as well as the same respect for tradition that we bring to preserving the history of 新村餐馆 (Restoran New Country), which has stood in the premises for the last seventy years. Using a blend of two artisanal Japanese soy sauces from different prefectures in Tokyo, each crafted by family producers with centuries of expertise, we honour these legacy flavours while paying homage to the 新村’s past. This deep, umami-rich base is harmonized with a special mix of secret herbs and spices, delivering a sauce that’s both savoury and complex. Infused with a hint of fruity aroma, it’s crafted to complement and elevate the natural flavours of our premium Wagyu, making every bite unforgettable—a tribute to both culinary and local heritage.

The restaurant had a rustic vibe which makes the dining experience different from usual.
The staffs were friendly and helpful. They were always ready to attend to our needs and offered to help in grilling the meat and recommend how best to grill them.

Most important of all, the selection of wagyu cuts were of top quality. Fresh and tender, topped with the savory sweet oily taste which wagyu is famous for.

Will definitely be back for more of their quality meat and wonderful service.
